Don't be scared, if you never used Docker before or haven't used it in a while then this workshop is for you. Learn how to provision your own local environment with Docker. Relying solely on Vagrant can be buggy. Problems arise and you need a stable solution with configuration management settings that can be shared within your team or upgraded throughout time. You may have heard about Vagrant and various provisioners like Chef, Puppet or Ansible. These are all great tools. You might even have heard about Docker4Drupal, which is also great. This workshop will empower you to build your own stack ( using Drupal just as an example ) to power your own custom needs. You will walk away empowered with the know-how to understand core Docker concepts and how you can start building local environments without relying on another person's Docker solution.
